Group Zoom Yoga Classes for Weight loss and Vitality
  • All learners welcome – especially beginners new to yoga!
  • All physical limitations welcome (do you have an injury, pain or weight that limits you? I can help you, there is a modification for EVERY yoga pose and I pride myself in being able to help anyone!)
  • All you need is a chair and a simple yoga mat (I will send you a link to buy your own for very cheap)
  • You will be able to access class easily from your computer, smartphone or tablet with the click of a button. So easy!
  • If you are nervous about joining an online class for the first time, I break it down step-by-step in a short welcome video you receive before class.
  • You don’t have to turn on your video for others to see you, if you don’t wish, you can simply watch me and follow along. 
  • Have a tiny space at home? Thats fine! You only need a tiny space to lay down your yoga mat anyway! Come join us.
  • Afraid to try yoga on zoom? Don’t worry! This is much more fun than driving somewhere, and I create a warm and welcoming environment for ALL.

I know that’s not the usual feeling we have about it!

But after losing 30lbs by moving my body in simple ways while eating keto, I realized I had discovered a method that improved my mental health, while steadily dropping weight and improving my overall daily energy and vitality.

My secret? Yoga.

What’s so great about yoga is anyone can do it, because it can be customized to you.

My name is Paith MacQueen, and I specialize in custom zoom group yoga classes for the keto community, that will bring the joy of movement back to your life.

Without over exhausting yourself, and spiking hunger and cravings, my signature yoga method allows you to get the best results of yoga from the comfort of home, without having to know ANYTHING about yoga.

I will guide you and help you fall in love with moving your body in a safe and supportive environment tailored to your needs, and among other students with similar needs. It’s all about community.

p.s. Having taught yoga for 18 years, I have worked with all levels of learners. My signature Ine Yoga Method developed after using gentle, flowing yoga practices to lose 30lbs TWICE, after each of my daughters were born.

I had many postpartum complications that limited my movement and I had to create a yoga protocol that worked within my limitations, kept my body safe, but helped me to increase stamina, reduce inflammation and keep my joints happy, while shedding weight week after week.
